We are playing 6 East State on Thursday September 24th and we have been looking forward to this one. Our show here last October is forever a part of our highlight reel. Will we see you back for this one?

A listening room doesn't get more intimate that this, there's what, maybe 60 seats? No clinkitty clink of tableware, no standing room gabfest. Old brick walls, some w**e and cheese, and rapt attention to fine music. Sigh.

It is one of those places where a live night just hits differently. And proceeds go to feed hungry neighbors in our little city. Win-win-win.

Thursday Sept 24th / 6 East State Savannah/ Doors 6pm
Seating is limited, so reserve your tickets early!
$10 cover +2.51 fee ($5 + 2.18 fee students)
Tix at link in bio or simply search eventbrite Tiz & Jane.

If you are local to Savannah this one is for you. If you're in town for the Jazz Festival, stay a few more days.

Bookending the members of Tiz & Jane, and celebrating 17 years since she met that trumpeter singing and dancing on the bar at The Mansion - those days! Jane's musical journey from choirs to punk band to wedding band to jump blues band to cabaret has been quite an adventure. Jane and John found dozens of gigs to work on together before launching Tiz & Jane in 2020. She's so grateful to hang among these talented humans.

Let's meet each of our members and guest artists for Kind of Blue with Tiz & Jane on Sept. 24th:

Brandon Miller is a freelance drummer now playing in and around the Savannah area. Originating in Philly, he spent about 20 years in the NJ/NYC area. Taught by his father, he brings his own unique approach to everything from musicals to metal. Brandon is very excited to be a part of Tiz's tribute to Miles and the amazing musicians who brought this music to life.

Thank you so much Zion Lutheran Church!!

Yesterday, our Gather Young Adult Group put faith into action! They spent time serving our community by preparing 70 bagged meals for the unhoused ministry at our sister church, Ascension Lutheran Church Savannah
These meals will be part of Grace Lunches, a ministry that provides lunches to our neighbors experiencing homelessness on Saturdays at the 6 East State
We are so proud of our Gather group for showing us that ministry can happen in so many ways. Sometimes it looks like gathering around a table, learning together, and building friendships. And sometimes it looks like packing 70 meals and sharing God’s love with our neighbors.
Gather is about faith, fellowship, friendship, and serving our community together.
Are you a young adult looking for a place to connect, grow in faith, build relationships, and make a difference?
Come check us out! Gather meets Saturday, August 29 at 6:00 PM at Zion Lutheran Church. Come find out more about the group and how you can be part of what God is doing through Gather!
