☀️ Our Explore + Soar summer program was filled with music, movement, curiosity, confidence, and connection — and we’re so proud of everything our students experienced!

From cooking and gardening to paddling the Bay and speaking on stage, students explored their creativity, gained new skills, and discovered what’s possible when they’re supported, seen, and celebrated.

🎓 This summer, we launched something special: Cross the Bridge—a new college immersion program for rising 11th & 12th graders from Tam, Redwood, Archie Williams and Tomales High.

In just 3 days at Dominican University, students built their college lists, strengthened their writing, explored career paths, and had real conversations about what it means to show up as professionals of color.

Thanks to 10,000 Degrees, our students also participated in the Money Matters program, where they were given a simulated budget to manage college expenses like books, housing, and tuition—an eye-opening and empowering experience.

But what truly stood out? The powerful sense of belonging and community that formed. Confidence, connection, and dreams for the future—all in 72 hours.
