So before I went in the hospital a couple weeks ago I took some ground beef out of the freezer to make some unrolled cabbage soup. When the oncologist told me I had to stay I told him I couldn’t because I was making soup that afternoon….
I stayed 3 days and forgot about the soup….
The other day I noticed 2 packages of ground beef in the freezer🤷‍♀️ and asked Craig about it…. He said it said use or freeze by….OMG he has NEVER done that before….now I’m kind of wondering if I have to throw it out and start over???
What do you think?

Trying to wake up and get some stuff done… my energy has pretty much dropped off again!
