We had the opportunity to celebrate our Compass team—almost all 12 of us together in one place! We laughed, shared a meal, enjoyed some great conversation, and simply took time to appreciate one another. We were also so happy to have two of our Board members join us for the evening.
What makes Compass special isn’t just what we do—it’s the people who do it. Each member of this team brings something unique, and together they pour so much heart, compassion, time, and love into the women, men, babies, and families we have the privilege of serving.
I’m incredibly grateful for this team and for the friendships, encouragement, and shared purpose that make working at Compass so meaningful.
To our Compass team: thank you. Thank you for showing up, caring deeply, serving faithfully, and making a difference every single day. We are better because of each of you, and I’m so thankful we had a night to celebrate YOU!
