Tri-County New Horizons Band

Tri-County New Horizons Band No experience required - we will teach you the instrument of your choice if you are willing to practice!

Whether you've never picked up an instrument, or haven't played since high school, we invite you to experience the fun of making music with a small group of adults just like yourself. Tri-County New Horizons band offers adult beginner to intermediate players a chance to play brass (trumpet, French horn, trombone or tuba), woodwinds (flute, oboe, clarinet, bass clarinet, bassoon, any saxophone) or

percussion in a friendly setting. Great music opportunity for seniors, playing in lesson groups and full band rehearsals, as well as entertaining (when you’re ready) at senior living facilities and other venues. We meet weekly, about 20 minutes north of Milwaukee, in Saukville, Wisconsin.

Performance this Sunday, July 26th 6:30 pm as we open our annual concert with the Port Washington City Band. The Band Shell is in Veteran's Memorial Park. Bring a non-perishable food item to contribute to the Port Food Pantry too. Will be a great evening!

Well change in plans for the Pop-Up Clarinet concert tomorrow.

DUE TO AN UPDATED WEATHER FORECAST, WE WILL BE REHEARSING AND PLAYING OUR CONCERT INDOORS! Air quality will be unhealthy from tonight through at least Monday at noon.

We will be using the Living Hope Lutheran Church in Saukville for our rehearsal and concert. All other instructions remain the same except maybe the bug spray, sunscreen, sunglasses and hats!

If you have someone coming or posted Pop-Up Clarinet information to your social media, please make sure you get the word out and pass along the address for the church.

Come join members of our New Horizons Band and others in a
Clarinet Pop-Up Concert this Sunday, June 19th 6:30 PM in the Band Shell at Port Washington's Veteran's Park right on the lakeshore. They will be performing a variety of music from Mozart to the Beatles. Bring a lawn chair/blanket. It will be a fun concert.
Hope you can be there. Cooler by the lake you know. 😁
