Scouts BSA Troop 74 Sauk City, WI Scouts BSA Troop 74 Sauk City, WI Troop 74 (formerly Troop 1 of Sauk City, WI) is the oldest BSA Troop in Wisconsin.

Founded in the 1920's at Camp Pyesa on the WI River, our troop is fortunate enough to have 29 acres of wooded acreage to call home. This acreage butts up to an additional 400 acres of DNR public lands for the boys to use. In recent years Troop 58 from Mazomanie has joined Troop 74.

We will be at June Tunes again tonight, June 17th to sell tool raffle tickets!

There's 42 fantastic prizes! Tickets are $25, or 5 for $100. The drawing will be August 30, 2025. 30% of proceeds will go to the Sauk Prairie Area Veterans Memorial. 70% will go to Scouting of America.

Last weekend Troop 74 had a cabin campout at EBSR. It was a fun and relaxing weekend of bonding and we had almost our whole troop there!

We had the Camp all to ourselves and even got to go into the no man's land behind the shooting range during a service project!
