It’s official- SaugaTaco will be running the oval beach concession stand this season.

We’ll have beachside delivery of our full menu as well as ice cream truck classics, beach snacks, and refreshments.

We’re so excited!

It's a fantastic weekend to come to Salt of the Earth in Downtown Fennville, Michigan! We have sun today and music tomorrow! Folias Duo, with Brian Oberlin & Sallie Bacon, take the stage this Sunday with their fusion of classical, jazz, world music, bluegrass, and improvisation.

We’ve gone to the archives for our 10 year anniversary party, calling upon our old friends Jay & Rebecca Mullins of Golden Brown Co. to help celebrate. They were the culinary genius behind our grand opening food + wine pairing in 2016 and we continued to collaborate with them for NYE dinners and anniversary pig roasts for years after. It’s been a few years since our last event together and we are over the moon they’ve agreed to pull their aprons out of retirement and help us celebrate a decade.

The poke bowl at Phil’s…..friends…..if you haven’t tried this yet you must!!! So fresh, healthy and ridiculously delicious. My new obsession. Sesame sticky rice, roasted beets, edamame, arugula, pickled carrot, marcona almonds, crunchy garlic chili oil for a bit of spice and Korean bbq. Add chicken or blackened ahi tuna ~ it’s truly dreamy!!!!!
