Shout out time!

Our 2026 Rodeo Queen is Tiffany Teague. She is the owner of Waterside Rv Resort. Not only does she run a beautiful getaway for coastal travelers, she is also very active in the community! She was one of the first to reach out to us when we started brainstorming for this rodeo and put her heart and soul into our event for two years. She took a much deserved break this year so she could enjoy what she helped create. Tiffany, thank you for all you do for our community and for jumping in head first with strangers to create such a fun event for our community! We love you!

Thank you to all the fisherman that participated in this year’s tournament. It was amazing seeing all the families out and about weighing in their catch and hanging around to watch weigh ins from other fellow fishermen!

Fishing, Family, and Friends is what it’s all about!! Can’t wait to see you next year!

The new Pirates Cove Marina, put on their 3rd annual fishing rodeo. This year we had 93 kids and 237 adults tickets sales. Please add pictures of your fish if I did not get one of you. Thanks to all the parents for getting your children into fishing. Huge Shout Out To Kat Derosia and Jeff Derosia for making all this happen. Behind the seems are several volunteers and friends and family that also put in countless hours, so this event can get better every year. Thanks to everyone. I’m very thankful to be a part of this event. Let’s start planning for 2027 and make it even bigger and better. Stay safe and tight lines. Thank you everyone
