We are dedicated to community service, environmental stewardship, and hands-on volunteer efforts that support both people and the outdoors we all share. As Lions, we believe service is strongest when it brings people together — caring for our neighbors, protecting natural spaces, and creating meaningful opportunities to give back. The Matagorda County Outdoors Lions Club was formed by individuals who share a passion for service, community, and the outdoors. Recognizing the deep connection between a healthy community and a healthy environment, our club was created to serve in ways that protect, support, and uplift both.

From environmental stewardship and conservation efforts to community-focused service projects, we believe meaningful service happens when people come together with purpose. As a newly rebranded and growing club, we are excited to build lasting relationships, support local needs, and create opportunities for service that are welcoming, hands-on, and impactful.

We are proud to be Lions — serving our community with heart, integrity, and a love for the outdoors.
