Today we enjoyed a field trip to Dallas Lake. We did a little fishing, enjoyed a peaceful picnic, had an impromptu sign language review & a lot of BINGO 😂 with Arlean Wilson . Class began today with Bible Study & Breakfast with Minister Owens. Today was the 1st day of 30 days of speaking life over ourselves. We began our new Bible Study lesson in Ephesians 6: 1-4. We also learned about the different types of love Agape, Philia, Pragma, & Storge. Join us Thursday May 28th at 11am at Dallas Lake in Sardis, Al. Classes for that day will be Fishing, & BINGO with Arlean Wilson.

Today we enjoyed our Mother's Day Luncheon. The first class for today was Nessa Chat & Chew. Our topic " I remember Momma in a happy way" We laughed and reflected on our fond memories of our momma. BINGO with Arlean Wilson was next. The most won games was Ms. Dukes. Overall Blackout Winner was Ms. Bridges. Thank you to all who donated dishes for our potluck. Our 1st class for today was Bible Study with Minister Owens. We studied Philippians 4:8-18. Keep your thoughts on God's word it's the only thing that is true. We also learned how to dig deep within the scripture to understand the context of what it is describing. The Basic Sign Language class with Steve was next. We learned how to greet one another and reviewed some of our alphabet and some beginner words. After lunch we had Chair Aerobics with Sandra Wilson. Join us Thursday May 14th for a special Chat & Chew with Ms. Nessa. Our topic and discussion " I remember momma in a happy way" Followed by our Mother's Day Luncheon & BINGO with Arlean Wilson . All classes are free and all ages are welcome.

Our 1st class for today was Chair Aerobics with Sandra Wilson. Afterwards we enjoyed BINGO with Arlean Wilson . The most won single games today was Steve . Our Blackout Winner was Steve 😂 for the 2nd time in a row. Join us Tuesday May 12th @ 11am for Bible Study with Minister Owens. Followed by Basic Sign Language with Steve. Our 1st class for today was Bible Study & Breakfast with Minister Owens . Our keyword for today was "Supplication" Definition of supplication is the earnest and humble act of asking or praying. We studied Philippians 4:1-7. Be united , joyful & in prayer. After breakfast we enjoyed our very 1st ASL (American Sign Language) class . Our instructor was Steve Holley. We learned the alphabet, numbers & some starter basic words. Join us Thursday April 30th Sandra Wilson . Followed by Arts n Crafts & BINGO with Arlean Wilson .
