Huge congratulations to three of our FFA members for breaking a school track record!

The chapter had the opportunity to once again give back to our community by making our annual donation of plants to the local homeless shelter.

Today, students and staff enjoyed sausage sandwiches made from the hog raised and processed by our Animal Health students.

Today our Animal Health students had the opportunity to see the full farm-to-table process in action as they processed the hog they raised at Wagoner Meats.

This hands-on experience allowed students to connect classroom learning with real-world agricultural practices while gaining a deeper understanding of meat science, animal production, food safety, and processing procedures. From raising the animal to seeing the final stages of production, students experienced the responsibility and dedication that goes into providing a safe and quality food product.

Today we had the opportunity to present to our middle school students and officially debut the Mobile Ag Lab, sponsored by the The IDEA Collaborative! The Mobile Ag Lab was created to bring agriculture directly to students through hands-on learning experiences focused on plants, pollinators, animals, and agricultural careers.

A huge thank you to the The IDEA Collaborative for supporting this project and helping us grow agricultural education opportunities for our students!

On Friday, Eastern Brown FFA Alumni Secretary, Adrianne Utter, had the honor of presenting the Eastern Brown FFA Alumni scholarship awards during Eastern High School’s Senior Scholarship Ceremony! 💙💛

We are incredibly proud to support and recognize students as they take the next steps toward their futures. Congratulations to all of this year’s scholarship recipients and graduating seniors, we can’t wait to see all that you accomplish! 🌾🎓
