Who helps those who give help?
Every day, first responders run toward the moments the rest of us hope we never have to face.
They witness tragedy, loss, and heartbreak. They comfort strangers on the worst days of their lives, then answer the next call as if nothing happened.
But when the sirens stop and the uniforms come off, they’re human too.
Behind every badge is a person who deserves the same compassion they give so freely to others.
Because even those who save lives deserve someone to help carry the weight. 💙
Join Nabela, a fellow first responder, for Grief on the Frontlines every Friday from 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM EST. This dedicated support class provides a safe space for first responders to process grief, connect with others who understand, and remember that they don’t have to carry it alone.
Because no one should have to grieve alone.
