Team members from CAN Community Health and the Susan Terry Foundation attended the Giving Challenge Wrap Party at Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park to celebrate the impact made possible through this year’s campaign.

Together, we raised funds to support individuals living with and impacted by HIV. Thank you to every person who donated!

The Susan Terry Foundation is excited to share that we hosted our very first “Legacy and Launch” cocktail party at the beautiful home of Donna Koffman and Matt Snesavage. 🥂✨

It was such a special evening spent with an incredible group of people who believe in and support the mission of the Susan Terry Foundation.

As we continue to grow, we’re honored to help share Susan Terry’s legacy and the lasting impact of her work throughout the Sarasota community.

For decades, the Church of the Trinity MCC's AIDS Memorial Garden has stood as a place of remembrance.

When a live oak tree at the center of the memorial fell during a severe storm in 2024, the community was left asking how to preserve the space, the stories, and the history connected to it.
