We are incredibly grateful to Charles & Margery Barancik Foundation for this meaningful investment in the people of Pines of Sarasota.

This $750,000 grant will help create career pathways for our team members from entry-level caregiving through CNA, LPN and RN opportunities while also providing childcare scholarships through The Learning Tree for working parents.

It’s an investment in our employees, their families, and the future of senior care in our community.

Dr. Fiona Crawford | Roskamp Institute
Bringing the perspective of a neuroscientist to help us better understand the aging brain and the research shaping what we know about aging.

Maria Schaedler-Luera | Atomica Arts
An artist, educator, author and arts integration consultant, Maria brings a unique perspective on the connection between creativity, mindfulness and well-being. Drawing on a career spanning theater, music, education and community engagement, she’ll explore the meaningful role the arts can play throughout our lives.
