Through this program, young adults in Sarasota and Manatee counties can access on-the-job training, paid work experience, job search assistance, résumé and interview support, and one-on-one career coaching. Whether you’re entering the workforce for the first time, exploring career paths, or looking to gain hands-on experience, our team will work with you to create a plan that fits your goals and helps you connect with real opportunities in our community.

We’re excited to welcome Leslie Samuel as the 2026 keynote speaker for eRising. A former neuroscience professor turned AI strategist, Leslie will share practical ways entrepreneurs can put artificial intelligence to work, without needing a tech degree.

eRising is our annual gathering for entrepreneurs, small business owners, and the partners who help the Suncoast economy grow.
