That's what our Rockin' Readers do for kindergarteners at several elementary schools in Sarasota County. Join a group of dedicated volunteers and become a Rockin' Reader. Give just 30 minutes (or more) a week and help change a child's life! This one-on-one interaction not only inspires a love of reading and increases reading readiness skills, it also helps to close the “word gap” faced by many at-risk students.
