Looking to get outside, connect, and meet community?

Our friends with the SW FL Bears, Otters and M4M Hiking Group are hosting their May hike on Saturday, May 16 from 9–11 AM at Sleeping Turtles Preserve North in Venice.

This affinity hiking group creates space for gay, bi, trans, q***r men and masculine-of-center community members through monthly hikes and social events across Sarasota, Manatee, Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Charlotte Counties.

A new chapter for Project Pride SRQ.

The Project Pride SRQ Board of Directors has announced an important leadership transition: effective May 4, 2026, Justyn Hunter-Ceruti will serve as interim executive director, and Jessica Maxon-Berrier will assume the role of board president.

This transition is rooted in service, continuity, and a shared commitment to strengthening LGBTQ+ visibility, connection, and belonging across Sarasota-Manatee.
