A great big thank you to Integrity Doctors and Ryan K. Maule, whose generous donations saved the Palmer House in 2019. Once again the B.J. Palmer home is at a critical juncture concerning it's future. Currently ($40K) forty thousand dollars is needed to cover the expenses for this year, which will only pay for the property taxes and insurance. Further the seawall continues to deteriorate which will cost another $40K - $45K. We are currently interviewing real estate agents in the Sarasota area to list this property by the end of the year. Your help is needed if this piece of chiropractic history is to be preserved for future generations. PayPal is available for donations.

The BJPHHF, Inc. is in the position where we must generate more funds to keep the Palmer House operational. In our effort to do that we want to take an informal survey on your opinions on whether it would be of interest to you if we opened up B.J.’s bedroom which is now only viewable through a glass door. Also, there is no view of his private bathroom which I find to be the most charming room of the house.

We are able to rent out the home only a few months of the year. The rest of the year we have private tours plus events and donors who choose to stay in the home This, however, has not generated income needed to maintain the “waterfront property” including high taxes and constant maintenance issues.
