Join us this Wednesday, September 16 at 7:00 p.m. in Academic Center Room 215 as we host David Shirley, Principal Show Manager for Walt Disney Imagineering.

David Shirley has over 20 years of experience leading some of the themed entertainment industry’s most ambitious projects. Throughout his career, he has helped bring to life experiences including Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser, Shanghai Disneyland, Zootopia at Shanghai Disney Resort, and most recently, the Disney Adventure. He is also the founder of David Shirley Leadership Studios, an organization focused on equipping leaders to create teams that achieve extraordinary results. Drawing from decades of education and experience, from West Point to leading complex creative and technical teams, David shares practical lessons on leadership and team performance. While he has spent much of his career creating world-class experiences, his true passion today is creating world-class teams and empowering others to do the same.
