(SPARCC) was formed as a non-profit agency in 1979. We are the only state-certified center for domestic violence and sexual assault services for Sarasota and DeSoto Counties. SPARCC free and confidential services include:

Recently, SPARCC’s youngest survivors spent time creating handmade art projects to celebrate their moms. Through activities like these, children are able to explore creativity, build confidence, and share meaningful moments together.

A heartfelt thank you to The Junior League of Sarasota for hosting a diaper donation drive with the 99 Bottles Run Club during one of their Wednesday runs in support of SPARCC. 💙

Together, they collected diapers, wipes, and other baby essentials for the children and families we serve. These thoughtful donations provide comfort, care, and support for our smallest survivors during difficult times.

Our SPARCC Sexual Violence Advocate, Nicole, recently visited SCF Venice to share information about our services and support available to those impacted by sexual violence.

Students received brochures, hotline cards, and small resources they can keep or pass along—because you never know who might need that information.
