Let’s move as a FAM—for mothers in our community! 💜🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Join The FAM Run Club for our first team 5K at Mothers Helping Mothers Community in Motion 5K, benefiting Mothers Helping Mothers! Whether you run, walk, or push a stroller, we’d love to cross the finish line with you.

With a 5K, 1-mile walk, kids’ activities, a Vendor Village, food trucks, music, and post-race breakfast, there’s something for the whole FAM. The course is stroller friendly 🙌

Mothers Helping Mothers provides essential clothing, household items, and baby necessities at no cost to families throughout Sarasota and Manatee counties. This is our chance to turn miles into meaningful support. 🤍

In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, join our founder and coach, Jessica, for a free 60-minute, family-friendly yoga flow to latin beats celebrating movement, culture and community. 💃🏽

25 years later, we still remember 🗽🇺🇸

Thank you to everyone at Nathan Benderson Park for hosting such a meaningful event in remembrance of 9/11.

What an honor it was to complete all 17 climbs alongside people who were there that day, firefighters wearing their full gear, veterans, families, and community members of all ages.

We climbed together in remembrance of every life lost and every person forever affected by September 11. We will never forget. 🤍

🇺🇸 Friday, September 11 | 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb
We’re joining Nathan Benderson Park for its 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb, taking place from 8 AM–12 PM. Meet us at the Finish Tower by 8:15 AM so we can climb together as a team.

🧘🏻‍♀️ Saturday, September 26 | Hispanic Heritage Month Yoga
Join us for a family-friendly yoga flow celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month! Wear your country’s colors or cultural pride. Class begins promptly at 9 AM, so arrive early to secure your spot—and stay for the HHM celebration afterward!

👟 Sunday, October 4 | Community in Motion 5K
Our first team 5K! We’ll be running and walking in support of Mothers Helping Mothers. Will be meeting by 8 AM to take a team picture and warm up together.

Run, walk, climb, or flow—we can’t wait to move with you! 🤍

Whether you run, jog, power walk, or stroll, you’re welcome here.
Pre- and post-run fuel provided by Syprett Meshad & DuBose.
Kids + strollers are not required - but always welcome.
