This leadership role will oversee crisis response, emergency admissions, patient flow, staffing, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and community partnerships.

We're looking for someone with:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (license preferred)
• 5+ years of healthcare or behavioral health experience
• 3+ years of management or leadership experience
• Experience overseeing emergency, crisis, behavioral health, or substance use services

Join Lightshare Behavioral Wellness & Recovery on Wednesday, February 10, 2027 for Caring Hearts, an annual event supporting Lightshare’s Mothers & Infants Program and celebrating the mothers and babies whose lives have been transformed through recovery.

The Mothers & Infants Program provides treatment and support for pregnant and postpartum mothers facing substance use challenges, helping mothers pursue recovery while giving their babies the opportunity for a healthy start. From prenatal care and parenting skills to relapse prevention and life management support, the program is designed to strengthen both mother and baby.
