Meet Falcon! ❤️

This sweet girl is Tippy’s sister and the last puppy of her litter still looking for a home 🥹

She’s 4 months old and looks like a Lab/Pointer mix - but she could be anything! She and her siblings have fluffier fur than they look in photos, similar to a Labrador. We would guess that she will be 50-60lbs full grown.

Falcon has been going on big girl walks everyday and absolutely loving them 🦮🙌🏼She’s super sweet, affectionate, great with other dogs and kids, and would love to go on adventures with her people🌲🐾

She is also doing great with house training and crate training, but just needs someone to let her out frequently while she continues learning.

Falcon is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and on monthly prevention. Her adoption fee is $350 and she is in Sarasota.

Foster home found!

‼️🚨 URGENT 🚨‼️

We need a new foster home for Toffee by tomorrow ‼️

She had an altercation with the cat in her foster home when they were left loose home alone together and it stormed. We cannot keep her there and need help ASAP.

For Toffee:
• A single family home with a 6ft fenced yard would be best
• An apartment may work, but she barks in the crate. She can be left loose if everything is put away.
• She’s fine with calm small/medium dogs. She doesn’t like big dogs or super hyper dogs.
• She is very sweet with people & 14lbs
• No cats or young kids (they leave doors open)

We provide everything she needs. She is already spayed and has no upcoming vet appointments. She is in Tampa and can go within an hour of Tampa or Sarasota.

Fosters are allowed to adopt her and she’s also available for adoption rather than a foster home.

🐾🏈 MEET BRADY: FROM THE EUTHANASIA LIST TO HIS VERY OWN COMEBACK STORY! ❤️

Last week, we received a phone call from a rural shelter desperately looking for help for a very special boy. 💔

Fortunately, one of their volunteers had been networking with one of our amazing fosters, and she knew something VERY important… our foster has a HUGE soft spot for black dogs! 🖤🐾

And just like that, Brady went from being on the euthanasia list to living his best life in Myakka City! 🤪❤️

But let’s talk about his name for a second… 🏈

Brady was named after Tom Brady, the greatest player in NFL history! 🐐

Remember Super Bowl LI? When the Patriots were losing 28-3 and everyone thought the game was over? Well, Tom Brady didn’t let a terrible beginning determine the outcome of the game.

And that’s exactly the story we want for OUR Brady. ❤️

You see, our Brady didn’t have a fair start in life. He was found locked inside a crate after his owner reportedly went missing for days. But looking at his extremely thin body and the scars he carries, we know his suffering didn’t begin just two days earlier. 😞💔

He deserved so much better.

But just like his namesake, Brady’s story isn’t going to be defined by how it started, but by how it ends! 🏈❤️

Today, Brady is safe with his foster family, receiving everything he should have had from the beginning: LOVE, nutritious food, veterinary care, patience, structure, and a whole lot of cuddles! 🥹

He’s approximately 1 year and 3 months old, and despite everything he’s been through, he’s an incredibly sweet, affectionate boy who just wants to love and be loved.

And here’s something that will absolutely melt your heart… 🥹❤️

Sometimes, when his foster mom is walking him, Brady just stops and asks to be picked up and held like a baby. 🥹🐾 And of course, she happily obliges! After everything he’s been through, there’s something incredibly sweet about watching him discover that human arms can be a safe place. ❤️

And don’t let the pictures fool you! We don’t expect Brady to be a big dog. We estimate he’ll weigh around 32–35 pounds once he reaches his healthy weight. Just the perfect little cuddle buddy! 🥰

We can’t wait to watch him gain weight, build confidence, discover the joys of being a dog, and become the happy, healthy puppy he was always supposed to be. ❤️

And the best part? His comeback story is just getting started!

Brady will be available for adopt soon, and we’ll be sharing his progress along the way.

URGENT FOSTER NEEDED! ‼️

We need a place for this boy ASAP. His mom died, her son dumped him in the front yard and he wouldn’t leave - because it was his home. He stayed in the front yard for 2 weeks until he was rescued a few nights ago.

We sent him to a boarding facility because it was all we had in a pinch, but we need to get him into a foster home.

He’s about 10lbs, already neutered and dog friendly. He started out scared, but warmed up quickly. He’s used to being loved and being a lap dog, but his whole world changed when his mom died 💔

He’s in Tampa. Can anyone help?

Who wants a petite, pretty little Lab? 💛🐕

Coda is the cutest little Labrador Retriever at only 46 lbs. She’s sweet as can be, loves playing fetch, enjoys her toys and has been great with every dog she’s met 🥰 She’d love a home where someone is around often or works from home to keep her company!

We don’t know how she is with kids or cats yet, but she’s a typical easygoing Lab who would make a wonderful addition anywhere she goes. She can be nervous of loud noises sometimes, so older kids might be best.

This doesn’t cause any issues for her, just something we want to share - Coda was born without the ball in one of her hip joints (femoral head) on one side. We confirmed this with an X-ray, but she gets around perfectly and doesn’t need any intervention. Early joint supplements for her would probably be great though 💛

She’s spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and heartworm negative. She is in Sarasota and her adoption fee is $400.

Update on Tippy! 🙌🏼

Yesterday was a very long day for her, but she’s doing great! 🥳

Once she was under anesthesia, Dr. Dorian called and said that it would be a very complex, lengthy surgery because of the scar tissue that had formed so quickly. We discussed amputation if it wasn’t fixable 💔 … but HE DID IT! 🙌🏼

He worked his magic and felt really great with the outcome. We are SO thankful for him and his team. It is absolutely amazing what veterinarians and surgeons can do! 👏

One of our really great volunteers took her home last night and catered to her every need. Tippy was crying, maybe in pain or maybe it was the anesthesia, but she comforted her, got her to eat, take her pain meds and get some rest ❤️‍🩹

Tippy just has a bandage on that will come off today. She needs to do some at home physical therapy and then just spend time recovering.

➡️ 🚨 Our biggest need right now is a foster home for Tippy 🏠 All of our homes are too crazy!

We will bring you everything she needs and help you get comfortable with her recovery. She just hops around, needs to be crated and kept calm. She is an easy going puppy.

PLEASE let us know if you are within an hour of Tampa (she has a recheck in 2 weeks in Clearwater) and can help her ASAP. This is an urgent need.

Little Tippy is in surgery 💔

Two weeks ago, this sweet puppy started limping. She was holding her right leg up and wouldn’t use it at all - just hobbling around. Her x-rays didn’t show any issues, so she’s been on pain meds and strict rest, but nothing helped 😔

We had x-rays repeated yesterday, which now shows that her right elbow is fractured 💔

But here’s the problem - puppies heal at the speed of light - so over the last two weeks, her elbow has already started healing on its own and forming scar tissue - which isn’t good at all 😩

So this became an emergency last night 😭

At 5:30pm yesterday, Dr. Dorian at Metzler Veterinary Hospital said “be here at 7:30am tomorrow. She has to have surgery as fast as possible”.

We scrambled, brought her up from Sarasota to Tampa to spend the night and drove her to Clearwater before the sun came up. It all happened so fast.

‼️ Here’s where we need help!

We didn’t have time to prepare for this at all. We just had to say YES. The estimate is around $2,800ish, (which is a great price) but a big bill for us and we could use your help 🥴 If you can chip in even $10, it is appreciated - it all adds up!

🫶🏼 We need big prayers, good juju and all of the positive vibes for this little puppy who shouldn’t have to go through this at such a young age. But we’ll do anything we can to help her! 🥹❤️‍🩹😭
