I am so grateful for all the gifts that came my way this year in 2025.
More donors, more volunteers, more support. But what we need now is a solid board of directors and trusted volunteers to spread the duties out a bit more.
Anyone who runs a nonprofit knows the amount of work involved and the hills you have to climb and time involved.
As a single mom and full time real estate agent, balance is so important. Running a nonprofit takes planning and a lot of effort behind the scenes to complete every task needed for Tanner’s Turkeys Foundation. Having a team of volunteers come alongside me ensures our nonprofit mission is a success and allows me to give the needed time & focus on my real estate as well and support my own family so I can in turn support hundreds of other families and their needs.
This is where building a team of fantastic volunteers, incredible committee members and a really impressive board of directors comes into play.
So if you are called to the cause to plan and help execute the mission to raise fund to feed hundreds of families in need in our local community for Thanksgiving, join me!
We will be holding a meeting in January 2026 to discuss building a solid board of directors and committee members for the upcoming year.
