Welcome to our new location for art and inspiration! Surface Design Guild of Sarasota is moving to a new meeting space beginning Monday, June 8. Come join us at 3190 Bahia Vista Street at the Saralake Estates community hall. Social time begins at 6pm, meeting at 6:30pm. Guests are welcome at 2 meetings before required to join at $30/year. Upcoming workshops will feature acrylic painting, collage, mixed media, and fused glass. Pre-registration required. All levels are welcome as we explore the visual arts together, with friendship and support. Lots of fun and creativity awaits!

Welcome to SDG of Sarasota! Join us as we gather to talk about art! Our club meetings include sharing, presentations, competitions, exchanges, learning, ...and making new friends!
SDG meetings are (usually) held on the 2nd Monday of the month at 6:30pm, social time from 6pm. Newcomers are welcome at 2 meetings before required to join for $30/year.
The 2026 general meeting schedule is May 11, June 8, July 13, Aug.10, ...
We also hold monthly workshops to learn new techniques. These require pre-paid reservations, so attend a meeting to hear the latest details and sign up. Upcoming workshops will feature acrylic painting, mixed media, fused glass, etc. Join the fun as we learn and create together!
