This is an excellent comparison of the Jolly plan for public education vs Donalds plan. They are worlds apart. We believe that Donalds plan will result in the destruction of public education.

Jolly would rebuild the comprehensive public-school system. Donalds would expand a customizable marketplace of education providers.
