Nothing says spring like the vibrant orange of a roadside cleanup!

Saranac Lake Rotary regularly meets up to clean up our "adopted" stretch of highway. Over the years we've safely disposed of appliances, energy drink cans, food wrappers, and more.

Being in the Adirondacks, we're extra enthusiastic to keep this amazing place CLEAN and keep the environment thriving!

We had an extra special breakfast this morning: we turned 100!

Today marks the 100th anniversary of the signing of the charter of our club, so we celebrated with good fun, amazing food (thank you, Jordanna and Mary!), and service.

Dear Saranac Lake,

THANK YOU!! Once again, your support and enthusiasm and great sense of humor have helped us make the annual Winter Carnival Rotary Show a BIG success!!

We loved spending the evening with all of the performers, royalty, and friends and neighbors. We can't wait to do it again next year! (After a nap, of course...)

In 2025, Saranac Lake Rotary planned and hosted a cultural exchange visit from six delegates from the Republic of Georgia. It was an experience that we'll never forget!

Club member Aurora Pfaff has written about the agriculture-themed visit, which included Adirondack farms, restaurants, local government, and more, in the Adirondack Explorer.

Despite the 5,500-mile distance, farmers from republic of Georgia and the Adirondacks find common ground in Saranac Lake.
