Established to educate, promote and further the health and wellness of the human family. To this end, we have continuously reached out to under-served communities where ever our members reside. Our Inner Light Family Retreat, Pure Life Food Coop, Health and Wellness classes, Yoga, Meditation and Food-growing programs are some of the initiatives that we embrace, to serve as vehicles to disseminate

knowledge to those who are receptive to living a better quality of health/life for themselves and their family. The fundamental concept is based on Holistic Well-being (Principles of Maat), with the intended outcome of preventing degeneration of the individual and families in Spirit, Mind and Body. The organization became a Non-profit 501(c)3 in 2005 to further the human family.
