What a difference a few days can make! 👏

This is a reminder that starting Sept 1st we will no longer be accepting night drop offs. All recycling drop offs have to be made during normal business house: Monday-Friday from 8-4 PM.

We will open the facility on a few Saturday’s for those who need it. Those days will be announced here on our social media pages. The first Saturday collection date is TBA.

This is your weekly reminder to only drop off items we accept at our facility! 🚨

Starting Sept 1st, we will no longer have our night drop available. This is largely due to the excess of unacceptable material being dropped off at our facility. Recycling drop offs have to be made during regular business hours: Monday-Friday from 8-4PM.

This is your weekly reminder to practice better recycling habits! ♻💚

When it comes to cardboard boxes, make sure they are clean, dry, and flattened before dropping it off with us. This ensures the cardboard will be processed correctly. Aluminum cans and plastic bottles need a quick rinse and time to dry before they go in your recycling bins. Paper should be dry before it goes in your bin as well!

Following these simple guidelines makes an easier recycling process for everyone! 😆

PSA- Show, Inc. Announces Changes to Recycling Drop-Off Procedures

Effective September 1, 2026, Show, Inc. will no longer accept recycling through its nighttime drop-off area. All recycling drop-offs must be made during regular operating hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

This decision has been made by our executive board members due to ongoing issues with excessive trash dumping and the disposal of nonresidential materials in the nighttime drop-off area. These materials have created additional challenges for our staff and interfered with our ability to properly manage and process recyclable materials.

In addition to weekday drop-offs, we will hold regular recycling drop-off events on Saturdays to provide additional opportunities for customers to recycle outside of normal weekday hours. Details about upcoming Saturday events will be announced here as they are scheduled.

Customers who prefer the convenience of having their recycling collected at home can also sign up for our curbside pickup service through our website for $12 a month (residential customers)- https://showinc.org/recycling/curbside-recycling/

We encourage all customers to plan ahead and ensure their recycling is dropped off during designated hours or through one of the available alternative services.

· Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

· Night drops: No longer accepted

· Saturdays: Recycling drop-off events will be offered and announced on our FB page and website

· Curbside pickup: Available by signing up on our website

We appreciate our customers who make the effort to recycle responsibly and help us keep our community clean. While this change is necessary, we remain committed to providing convenient recycling options for our customers.

We want to extend a huge thank you to the community for its continued support and cooperation as we make these changes to maintain a cleaner, safer, and more effective recycling operation.

For one day only and in honor of our 50th Anniversary, we are offering 50 cents per pound (normally 35 cents) for aluminum cans! We are a little over a month away, so you have plenty of time to start saving.

Remember to recycle right and keep cardboard with food residue out of your recycling bins! ♻

If your cardboard has food residue or grease on it, tear that piece off, discard it, flatten the rest of the box, and place in your recycling bin. Flattening cardboard makes it easier for our employees to place the cardboard inside the baler. It also saves space in your recycling bins!
