Strong leaders build strong Clubs!

This week, Program Leaders from all across Sonoma County gathered for our Program Leadership Team meeting at the Roseland Community Clubhouse. As we gear up for the busy months ahead, coming together as a team is so important!

We had a fantastic time welcoming our newest staff members to the movement and diving into crucial end-of-school-year updates to ensure our Clubs finish the semester strong. Most importantly, we took time to reflect on and recognize the incredible achievements of our dedicated staff.

Our team does whatever it takes for our youth every single day, and we love getting the chance to celebrate them. Here’s to a strong finish to the school year!

Last night, we took a trip back to the 1960s, and it was an absolute blast!

Guests came dressed in their best greaser style for an unforgettable throwback evening in Healdsburg. We kicked things off with classic burgers, fries, and root beer floats at the historic Costeaux French Bakery , complete with some incredible vintage cars on display out front! 🍔🥤

To cap off the night, we headed over to True West Film Center for a private screening of the coming‑of‑age classic, American Graffiti. It was the perfect way to capture the sights, sounds, and spirit of 1960s America.

A big shoutout to our dedicated Healdsburg Advisory Board for their incredible support and vision in making this night such a success, and our sincere gratitude to True West Film Center for their wonderful partnership in hosting our private screening! When we come together to celebrate our community, we build stronger connections in support of our youth.

Who says admin tasks have to be boring? 🐾

At the McNear Club, we recently updated our sign-in spot, and our team wanted to make the transition a little easier to find, and a lot more fun.

So naturally… we chose a new animal every day. 🐄🐖🐓

A little creativity, a few laughs, and suddenly a new process became something everyone could smile about. Because at the Club, even the small moments can help kids and families feel welcomed, supported, and connected.

Last Friday, we transformed our Brooks Road Clubhouse for our second Kids Night Out, and it was an absolute blast!

Our Members got to experience the Club in a whole new light with an epic, after-hours Glow in the Dark Party featuring neon tic-tac-toe, glow-in-the-dark art stations, and tons of games.

These special events go beyond our normal programming to provide a safe, supervised, and incredibly fun environment for kids to build friendships and just be kids, all while giving parents and families a well-deserved evening with peace of mind.

Yesterday was all about the power of sharing our stories.

Our Team Members and Board leaders gathered at the North Coast Builders Exchange for our Q3 Quarterly Impact Review and discussed the importance of sharing our impact with the community. We had the privilege of interviewing Oswaldo, who shared his personal journey from a shy Club kid to a confident Team Member now leading a new generation of youth!

We were also honored to hear valuable leadership perspectives from one of our Board Members and the CEO of North Coast Builders Exchange Wittke Schaffner!

A historic milestone for our newest Clubs! We are so proud to celebrate the very first Youth of the Year honorees for our teen Club at

Since opening our doors this last December, it has been absolutely incredible to watch these teens step up, take initiative, and lead with kindness. Being named Youth of the Year is the highest honor a Club Member can receive, and seeing our newest Members embrace this opportunity so quickly is truly inspiring.
