So many hounds in need, and House of Hounds UAE continues their herculean work to give these dogs a chance for a better life. 🙏❤️💕

Dear All,
We are drowning and we need to be honest about it💔

In the last 30 days alone, we have rescued 27 hounds, who were dumped, injured, starving, or left to die — and we said yes to every single one of them, because once you see them you’re heart can’t let them suffer again.

There are 13 more right now, waiting. Waiting for us to have anywhere to bring them. And we don’t know how much longer they can wait.

We currently have over 100 hounds who have nowhere to call home. Not a foster. Not a family. Just a clinic, a kennel — somewhere temporary that was never meant to hold this many hearts for this long.😞

And now, in the middle of all this, summer has hit — and the foster homes we depend on are empty. Families are traveling. Spare rooms are locked up. ✈️

We are not asking for forever. We’re asking for a summer. A spare room, a soft bed, a few weeks of your home — that’s the difference between a hound thriving and just surviving.

15 Salukis in. Because we could not say NO!. 🫡
3 surrendered straight from the kennels.
Among them — two gorgeous feathered Salukis, a brother and his sister. 🤍
And then there was the third Saluki girl. 🐕
She came in a bad shape. Scared. Worn down. And carrying a severe benign tumor in both ears.
She needs surgery. It won’t come cheap. But did we turn her away?
Absolutely not. Because we could not say no. 🖤
