Move from USPS comes amid Trump administration’s efforts to restrict mail-in voting in November’s midterms

The US Supreme Court did not rule on the legality of the restrictions, instead stating the States didn’t have the legal authority to sue to stop it.

The USPS is scheduled to announce on Wednesday how it intends to enforce President Trump’s Executive Order.

Uncertainty remains if any restrictions can be implemented prior to this falls midterm elections.

The Supreme Court cleared the way for Trump to move ahead on his order restricting mail-in voting, though it remains unclear how much can be implemented before the midterm elections.

The NALC National Convention just honored our fallen brother who worked out of the Santa Rosa Annex, Irvin Hernandez, who died on his route on 11/18/2024. His plaque is posted in the lobby of the NALC Headquarters in Washington DC. RIP Brother. We miss you! 💔
