A special "Thank you!" to Hanna Institute for being our host for this month's class. VP Erin Hawkins used her deep wealth of knowledge in trauma-informed leadership to show how valuable it can be for all leaders. One nugget of wisdom she shared with us was, "it all comes down to being in relationship, with yourself and your team, by having empathy for different lived experiences and genuinely valuing everyone's contributions."

Grateful to have partners such as Hanna Institute and Erin to make our Leadership Institute Fellowship a unique experience for our participants.
