According to the latest census of 2013 done by Sonoma County Task Force for The Homeless over the years the amount of donations and volunteers to help have decreased and there has been an increase in transient deaths due to lack of resources. Our goal is to help collect items (blankets, coats, jackets, scarves, socks, shoes, sleeping ba
