UCCE Master Food Preservers of Sonoma County UCCE Master Food Preservers of Sonoma County are community members trained by the University of California Cooperative Extension, Sonoma County.

UC Master Food Preserver volunteers are agents of the University of California and work through the UC Cooperative Extension to educate the community on the safe practices of home food preservation, including pickling, canning, dehydrating and much more. We are teaching through remote methods currently.
