2026 Fall Ball Update ⚾️🥎

Softball drafts were held Tuesday and Baseball drafts Wednesday. We are now organizing rosters and getting team information out to our volunteer coaches.

Our goal is to have rosters finalized by the first week of September. Coaches will then reach out with practice information based on their schedules and field availability.

Please note that fall registration is closed. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept additional players at this time. If we missed you this fall, we hope to see you for Spring Ball!

Please keep in mind that we are a 100% volunteer run organization with a lot of moving parts. We appreciate your patience as we organize teams, schedules, fields, equipment, umpires, and everything else that goes into getting the season started.

We’re almost there. See you at the fields!

South Walton is once again leading the way in registration numbers for another Walton County recreational sports season.

As participation continues to grow, so does the demand for recreational space. We are hopeful to see continued support and investment in additional field space so all kids in our community have a place to play.

It was a hot one today for Fall Ball evaluations!

We had a great turnout and a lot of ballplayers who look ready to get after it this fall.

Huge thank you to everyone who stepped up to coach and all the volunteers who helped keep evals moving today. We couldn’t do it without you.

Now it’s time to draft teams.

We’ll be working through rosters this week with the goal of having teams out by September 1st so we can hit the fields and get to work.

Only 10 US teams make it here. A true once in a lifetime moment for the boys. Today is Opening Day for the Little League World Series, and everyone is ready. Excited for Little League to kick it off today! We just know it’ll be amazing!

Only a few more days remaining to register for the 2026 Fall Ball season! ⚾️🥎

Registration closes Friday, August 21st.

Evaluations are Saturday, August 22nd at the Walton Sports Complex (Dune Lakes). Please see the evaluation times for each age group below.

There will be no evaluations for Tee Ball or Coach Pitch.

Currently, there are also no evaluations scheduled for Majors Baseball or Majors Softball. If registration increases enough to field more than two teams in either division, we will add an evaluation time for that age group.

Don’t wait, get registered before Friday’s deadline!
