Thank you to all that attended the 2025 Odd Fellow's Christmas Train Display. I promised you all that I would let you know the number of nutcrackers in this year's display. Well, drum roll please, there were 173. Tomorrow I will go through the guesses to find out who was closest to this years number.

We had an exciting morning today. As you know, the flag came down a few months ago and we have been working on replacing the pulley system. Today Ventura County Fire Dept. helped us put the new system in place including putting the flag back up. Thank you VCFD.

A rummage sale with model trains, tools, jewelry,
household items and more will be held during Santa
Paula's Cruise Night on Friday, Oct. 3, from 4 to
7 p.m., and on Saturday, Oct. 4, from 8 a.m. to 1
p.m. at the Santa Paula Odd Fellows Lodge, 868
E. Main St., Santa Paula (clock tower building).
Others are invited to set up a sales table for the
rummage sale for a cost of $20. For more information
or to take the elevator up to the rummage sale on the
second floor of the lodge, call 805-525-3512.

Had a great day yesterday. Had 4 members from various Lodges go through the three degrees of Odd Fellowship.

Just letting citizens know the flag on top of the Odd Fellows/Clock Tower building is down due to wind. As we are a fraternal organization, we rely on volunteers to maintain the building, which includes the flag. Due to it's precarious position, it will be a few days before the flag will be removed and replaced.

Due to another high wind alert- the flag on top of the Odd Fellows Lodge #314 (clock tower) has been taken down. Once this alert passes, the flag with be restored to it's proper place.
