is a non-profit organization that works primarily with children and families the local community. The purpose is to link those in need with goods/resources for the following initiatives:
Local Food Provision Program- Provide breakfast/lunch (funds or actual meal/breakfast/lunch) for children elementary school in local community who are unable to afford breakfast, meals for those who are sick and
undergoing treatments for illness/surgery, those who have recently lots a job etc., with Gift Cards to local grocery stores (Bob's Market, Ralph's, Von's, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods) to families in need during holiday season and/or upon loss of job/wages, supply homeless citizens with food/water packages. Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Care-Package Initiative-Take food, gift cards, hand-made baby blankets, and other items to families of premature and sick babies in local hospitals. School Supply Preparedness Program- Identify and provide basic necessities to local children in community with supplies necessary to be prepared to enter into public school: Backpack, pencils, crayons, paper, lunch bag etc. Clothing Wardrobe- Enhance awareness of needs of children and families in the local community needing clothing and subsequently gather clothing from affluent members of community to re-distribute to needy members of local community. Book For A Child- Ensure each child has literature and reading material that is age appropriate to read at home in order to increase education and reading skills and foster parental involvement. Elderly Visitation Initiative-Spend quality time encouraging elder members of local community to increase their positive thinking, self-esteem and sense of identity.
