Dear Cantori Friends,
Eric Thornburgh asked me to let all of you know that his mother, our esteemed and beloved Bunny, passed away quietly this morning at around 10 am. He said she was pain-free and contented to the end.
Whether you were with Cantori from its inception or only for a short while, I am sure you could not help but feel not only Bunny’s phenomenal artistry, but also her generosity, love, and care for her musicians and the music she performed and conducted.
I will send more information as it becomes available.
