MEET MAVEN
She wears her heart on her nose (literally).

Maven is THE SOFTEST KITTY EVER! So smart, so pretty, and her sweetness and cuddliness is unmatched. When she was learning to sit patiently for her nail trimmings, our struggle was that she wouldn’t stop making biscuits!! Everything about her translates to joy, smart youthful curiosity, and love. You will find her next to you while you work, while she sleeps, and while you lounge or sleep. She loves her foster mates, even making friends with the grumpiest members. Good with cats, kids, and bunnies, she deserves the absolute best forever home.

Meet Gia!
Gia is a gorgeous silver tabby with striking Egyptian Mau-like features, a big personality, and an even bigger heart (emotional support animal level lover and social butterfly). She's the kind of cat who believes personal space is optional. If you're sitting down to watch Love Island, expect Gia to be right there beside you (or perched on your shoulder) offering her own commentary. Confident, affectionate, and endlessly friendly, Gia loves being involved in whatever her humans are doing and would happily spend her days as your loyal sidekick, cuddle buddy, and emotional support reality TV critic. Gia is an easy keeper, but has dietary needs and mild bowel issues (but all hot girls do, right?). She's perfect in every other way.

We are so excited to announce and present our newest rescue litter! About a month and some change ago, Mama Clover was brought to the shelter and gave birth the next day! Her original rescue backed out, so one of our guardian angel foster families stepped in to give this litter the best home to settle into.

Clover and her insanely handsome/cute floofy kittens, Maeve, Molly, Saoirse, Seamus, Fiona, and Fergus are ready to meet their future families! New Litter Announcement! You won’t want to miss these delicious babies!

Introducing Oreo (m), Chip (m), Cookie (f), Nestle (f), Keebler (m), & Crumbl (m)! These kittens have delectable personalities that match the overload of cuteness on the outside. Outgoing, sweet, curious, playful, and loving, we have had such a pleasure raising them so far.

All kittens are now available for pre-adoption applications on petfinder and at caatfriends.org. They must be adopted into a home with a cat companion or cat-loving dog, but we would LOVE to see them adopted as pairs! Share for reach, and follow along on their adoption journeys. ❤️

Tatiana was found filthy and frail in Tijuana, Mexico. A little love and food, and look how she floofed. She’s getting to know her foster cat mates, but above all, she loves human attention. Approximately 12 months old, she is ready for her . Apply to adopt at caatfriends.org.

Miss Shadow (only female in the litter), Conan O’Brien, Baby Grigio, Sandy Koufax, and Bob.

Kitten Season is in full swing and can’t emphasize how critical TNR and early interception is. When feral mom, Sparkle, and her 5 kittens emerged at a factory warehouse in South LA, our village stepped up and finder, feeder, foster, and transporters aligned. Feral mom has been TNR’d and these babies have come to love indoor life and human cuddles.

Born August 29, 2025, this little floof was found on the side of the road at just two weeks old with her five siblings. You can’t not smile at the sight of her. Lululemon looks like Halloween confetti exploded. Super social kitten, adores people and fur friends. Lululemon will wait for you to wake up, so she can curl up in your arms and have some morning play. Tiny, but with a huge appetite, half of her body crawls into her food bowl to eat.

Hi there — I’m Coco Bouchon, and yes, I’m just as fancy as I sound. I’m a rare dark choclate-y delicious tortie, which basically means I’m rocking a one-of-a-kind designer coat that keeps changing as I grow. (I like to keep things interesting.)

I’m all about purrs, playtime and good vibes. I’ll chase a toy, make you laugh and then melt into your arms for snuggles. My foster calls me top-tier kitten material — sweet, social and full of personality. I get along great with kids, cats, and, after a proper intro, I’m cool with dogs too. I’ve learned to appreciate my mani-pedis and travel well in my harness and leash.
