SUMMER 2012:
This summer The Cycle Project will be running numerous triathlons and adventure races while focusing on raising the awareness and educating the local community "Tri To Stop Obesity". We will go to the race city a few days earlier than the actual race and do health seminars to educate the families and the kids as well as put on obstacle courses and fit camps to get the kids excited abo
ut moving. And hopefully get people to come out to the races to catch the competition bug and see how much fun being active can be! SPRING 2013:
The Cycle Project will commence its PROJECT in Key West Florida and we will ride a bicycle 6300 miles, averaging 100 miles/day and end in Los Angeles California. The tentative route will be:

At the end of each day's ride, we will have a presentation for parents and their kids to education them about the dangers of childhood obesity and ways to prevent it. Before the presentation begins our plan is to create an activity, like a short group ride, bike rodeo or mini sports camp to teach kids the importance of being active as well.
