Upward Bound House The mission of Upward Bound House is to eliminate homelessness among families in LA with children by providing housing, supportive services and advocacy.

Upward Bound House is a community-based, social service agency headquartered in Santa Monica California. We are a federally recognized non-profit organization founded in 1991 to help mitigate the affordable housing crisis in Los Angeles County. We strive to reduce the number of homeless families with minor children who are hungry and living on the streets of Los Angeles, helping them to access basic resources and successfully transition into their own home.
