On April 26th the Santa Monica Breakfast Club held its 9th Annual Mad Hatter Tea Party honoring Jim Harris, Executive Director of Santa Monica Pier. The event, held at the SMYMCA, helped raise funds to provide dental care for children in need from the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District whose guardians are unable to pay for dental care. A partnership with the nurses of the district is how families access the dental care. It was a privilege to celebrate Jim and present him with our Volunteerism Award. Thank you to our members who volunteer their time to make this event a success and our distinguished guests who joined in on the festivities.
