Finally!
Friday, June 28, 2024 at 11:00AM – Please mark your calendars for the Dedication of the permanent half-scale replica Vietnam Wall, which will be located across the road from the Chapel at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Angel Fire, New Mexico. In July 2019, Judy Griego, then Secretary of the New Mexico Department of Veterans Services, signed an MOU between DVS and VVA Northern New Mexico 996 to build a half-scale replica of the Vietnam Wall. VVA Northern NM 996 has been raising funds since 2018 toward this replica wall. Most of the money for the project came from the New Mexico Legislature’s capital outlay funding.
