Scott's House would like to thank Los Alamos National Laboratory and Triad National Security, LLC for their generous grant in supporting our work.

With their help, we've been able to provide free end of life care to those who often can't access it due to financial struggles, housing insecurity, and living in rurally isolated communities. We believe everyone deserves dignity, comfort and companionship during their final days.

Thank you again - support like yours is how we do what we do for the community. ❤️

Interested in helping your community this holiday season? Volunteer with us!

Scott’s House is a hospice home in Santa Fe that provides free 24/7 end-of-life care to our residents. We’re able to do this because of our compassionate & dedicated staff of volunteer nurses, doctors, doulas and hospice caregivers.

We're seeking help with caregiving for residents (particularly from retired medical professionals), administrative work, social media management, running errands, doing laundry, cooking and cleaning.

If you're interested in volunteering in any capacity - or know someone who might be, please fill out our volunteer form on our website below, or send us an email at [email protected]. Thank you ❤️

Free Support Groups for Family Caregivers through Family Caregiver Center of New Mexico

Please note: Scott’s House is not partnering to provide these support groups - we’re just grateful to see other community organizations supporting caregivers.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~`
We understand that caregiving for a loved one can be physically and emotionally demanding. That’s why we provide free respite care services and lend out hospice care supplies as we have them available.
For those looking for additional support, we’re excited to see that the Santa Fe Public Library is partnering with the Family Caregiver Center of New Mexico to provide a free in-person support group for family caregivers at the Southside Library every first and third Wednesday of the month (starting January 7th). The Family Caregiver Center of New Mexico also offers virtual support groups through Zoom - you can check dates and times on their website.
Registration is required, and they ask that you call 505-494-4021 to register or for more information. You may also visit https://www.familycaregivernm.org/support-groups for more information. ❤️
Ongoing Support Groups Support groups offer understanding, validation, and acceptance. Groups provide compassionate spaces for family caregivers to connect with one another. Participants exchange practical information on caregiving challenges and share possible solutions. Cost: Free of chargeRegistr...
Every day, Scott’s House provides a safe, compassionate home for those at the end of life—free of charge. Our residents come from across northern and central New Mexico, many with limited resources and no one else to care for them.
Thanks to the generosity of our community, we’re able to offer not just room and care, but dignity, peace, and support—for our residents and their loved ones.
Please consider supporting the work we do for the community with a donation today. We’re grateful for any amount. Thank you. ❤️ https://scottshouse.org/donate-to-scotts-house/
We at Scott's House would like to share our appreciation for the many people who make our work possible. Your generosity - whether through volunteering your time, making donations, or sharing our work with others - allows us to provide free end-of-life residence, care and compassionate support to our neighbors in need. Your support enables us to open our doors to those who have nowhere else to turn at the end of life.
Everyone deserves comfort, companionship and dignity in their final days. We are deeply grateful to be part of a community that believes in caring for one another when we need it most. ❤️
At Scott’s House, we provide more than end of life care—we provide a home. Our hospice home is designed to feel familiar, comfortable, and peaceful, giving residents a safe place to spend their final days surrounded by care and companionship. Unlike a hospital or long-term care facility, our home is quiet and welcoming, with 24/7 support from our compassionate staff and volunteers. Every detail is meant to help residents feel at ease, to honor their dignity, and to allow loved ones to be comfortable in a space that truly feels like home.
If you’d like to support our work, please consider donating or volunteering some time with us. ❤️
