Five CHS HOSA sophomores, Angelica Ornelas, Magaly Sanchez, Isabel Jurado, Carlos Garcia, and Gabriela Pacheco, were selected to be a part of the first cohort of the CHS/SFCC LPN program.

This is a selective and rigorous program that will prepare them to be Licensed Practical Nurses upon graduation from high school. We are very proud of all of them and look forward to seeing their contribution to healthcare in Santa Fe!

Fundraising is the priority for 19 students who want to go to a national contest in Florida that offers another way to explore health fields.

Capital High School HOSA- Future Health Professionals did an outstanding job this weekend at their state competition. We are proud to bring home the "Spirit Stick Award"! Several students became International qualifiers and finalists in their healthcare events. All 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners qualified for the International competition. Finalists were top 5 and will be alternates. Orlando, FL here we come! We are proud of all 62 of you!!!!
