We wanted to share a message we received from a Tianguis Móvil customer recently...it really stopped us in our tracks. 💚🥰

It’s a beautiful reminder that the Mobile Market is about more than access to fresh, local food. It’s also about connection, community, and creating a place where people feel welcome, supported, and cared for. Messages like this are a powerful reminder of why this work matters and the impact the Tianguis is having in our community:

It's a beautiful afternoon to stop and shop at the Tianguis Movil! The team has the Mobile Market in the lot at the corner of Jaguar Drive and Paseo del Sol until 3pm. Come on by! 🥕🍅🫜

Sometimes, we’re reminded just how great this city can be. 💛 🙌

Earlier this month, Tianguis Móvil joined the City of Santa Fe’s Back to School Bash at SWAN Park, and thanks to the New Mexico Department of Health Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program and the incredible generosity of local business Garcia Tires, we had 4,000 pounds of fresh and local tomatoes, peaches, nectarines, and apples to give to kids and families for FREE! 🍅🍑🍎

That’s a lot of fresh food, and a lot to be proud of. Keep up the good work, Santa Fe!

At the Santa Fe Farmers' Market Institute, we believe farmers markets are about so much more than buying fresh, local food. They're places where relationships are built, small businesses grow, traditions are preserved, and our community comes together. 🌱⭐🌱

📚🎒 It's almost time to head back to school!

Tomorrow, our team will have the Tianguis Movil Mobile Produce Market at SWAN Park for the City of Santa Fe's Back to School Bash. Thanks to the generosity of some amazing supporters, we'll be giving away FREE locally grown peaches, apples, and tomatoes while supplies last! 🍑🍎🍅
