Behavioral Health Group Sessions

The Human Rights Alliance's Pride Center offers a variety of free behavioral health group sessions facilitated by a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). These groups provide a safe, affirming, and supportive environment where participants can explore shared experiences, build coping skills, foster connection, and promote emotional well-being.

While these groups are facilitated by a licensed mental health professional and incorporate therapeutic principles, they are not a substitute for individual psychotherapy, crisis intervention, or ongoing mental health treatment. Participants who require individualized clinical care or are experiencing a mental health crisis will be provided with appropriate referrals to community-based behavioral health providers and emergency resources as needed.

Participation in these groups is voluntary. While every effort is made to provide a confidential and supportive environment, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed among group participants. Participants are asked to respect the privacy of others and refrain from sharing personal information discussed during group sessions.
