Helping young people in Northern NM gain skills & opportunities for success. We engage marginalized youth, those who have been excluded from traditional educational contexts and who may be at risk of criminal and gang activity. We provide these youth free education, life skills and leadership development trainin

g along with job training and experience through environmentally based work crews and apprenticeships with local businesses. We are dedicated to the develop entrepreneurial models for youth workforce development that will position Santa Fe's youth at the forefront of revolutions in energy efficiency and alternative energy fields.

Marc from Reunity Resources is teaching YouthWorks students the careful techniques needed to guide plants through each stage of their growth cycle.

Here, students are transplanting young starts into larger growing media, learning firsthand how proper timing, handling, and care help plants thrive. It’s hands-on education that builds both agricultural skills and confidence.

🌿💪 Restoring Our Community, One Plant at a Time
YouthWorks students joined forces with the Youth Conservation Corps (YCC) at Frenchy’s Field to tackle invasive plants and help restore this beloved community space.

There’s still plenty of work ahead, but nothing was stopping this enthusiastic crew from making the park healthier, more attractive, and better supported by native plants and natural ecosystems. Every plant removed is a step toward a stronger environment for everyone to enjoy.

YouthWorks students proudly served the delicious roast they prepared for the weekly Rotary Club luncheon, showcasing the hard work and dedication that goes into every meal.
