Using a period disc while working out is my preferred way to manage my period! Once it’s placed you cannot feel it and if placed correctly there are no leaks! You can always double up with a liner, a pad, or reusable underwear as backup!

Period supplies are school supplies!
Thank you, Kayla, for delivering the products to the Santa Domingo School! Follow Free Flow NM Indigenous Communities to keep up with Kayla as she provides period accessibility to indigenous communities.

Teacher bags have been delivered to the Santo Domingo School.

“We all had that one favorite teacher who made us feel at ease in school. Now, Free Flow NM is collaborating with these teachers to ensure period products are readily available in their classrooms. We provide a package of supplies containing a variety of tampons, pads, and liners for them to place in a drawer or open basket. It’s crucial that every student has access to period products that suit their individual needs.” -Free Flow NM Teacher’s Program
